DODGE CITY, Kan. (KSNW) - The Dodge City city commission has unanimously approved the creation of a common consumption area.

The commission voted 5-0 on Monday, but the change will not take effect until the City publishes notice and posts signs marking the designated area.

Similar areas have recently been established in Delano and Salina, and Hays approved one back in 2023.
