PORTSMOUTH, Va. (WAVY) — Portsmouth Police are searching for a missing woman who they say may be suffering from a behavioral health issue.

Deon Edwards, 28, was last seen Sept. 13 in the 400 block of South Street wearing a black top, black pants and black shoes and is about 5-foot-3, 170 to 175 pounsd and has black hair and brown eyes.
