25 years on from the Australian games, former Illawarra Mercury photographers Andy Zakeli and Orlando Chiodo have reflected on their crucial role behind the lens.
The 2000 Olympics were the second ever on Australian turf, following the Melbourne games in 1956.
Mr Zakeli and Mr Chiodo were among hundreds of photographers trying to g
