A Montclair Colonial Revival tied to a renowned American painter with Impressionist roots has returned to the market with an asking price of $1.825 million.
Listed in September 2025 by Christian Dubuque-Strenz of Prominent Properties Sotheby’s International Realty, 83 South Fullerton Ave., in Montclair, was the childhood home of famed 20th-century artist Edith Cleaves Barry.
