CCTV footage has captured the moment a heartbroken Scots charity was targeted for the second time in just three weeks after a vandal brutally smashed up their van in an early morning attack. ‌

The Hope Chest Community Project in Methil was left reeling on Saturday, September 6 when a thug went on a violent rampage, shattering every window of their vital delivery van and tearing apart wiring and fittings. ‌

Disturbing CCTV footage shows a man with short dark hair, dressed in dark clothes and white trainers, punching the windows to bits in a frenzied attack at around 4.40am. ‌

Shocking pictures of the aftermath reveal the scale of the devastation with glass shards strewn across the road and seats, the side windows shattered and a huge crack through the front windscreen.
