Two new primary schools and the reinvention of an old museum are competing for the Large Non-residential Scheme of the Year title in the 2025 ProCon Leicestershire property and construction awards.

The schools in Leicester and Coalville are up against the Jewry Wall in Leicester as finalists in this category which is sponsored by Procure Partnerships Framework and is one of nine in this year's 22nd ProCon Leicestershire Awards.
