KHALIL Mack suffered a gruesome elbow injury in the Los Angeles Chargers' victory over the Las Vegas Raiders.

The Chargers romped to a 20-9 victory in Las Vegas with Justin Herbert throwing two touchdowns.

However, Mack left the game early after a nasty collision.

While attempting to make a tackle, the linebacker collided with teammate Troy Dye.

The pair were attempting to tackle Raiders receiver Tre Tucker late in the first quarter.

Mack's outstretched arm was sent in two directions by Tucker and Dye, inverting his elbow.

The 34-year-old was rushed off the field, but eventually made it back to the bench.

However, he was out of uniform and his arm was in a sling.
