TYLER Perry was served court papers from his sex assault accuser at his multi-million-dollar Georgia estate, where he appears to be laying low amid the bombshell filing.

The media mogul, 56, is being sued by actor Derek Dixo n after the pair worked together on Perry's show The Oval.

Perry is being accused in court documents of sexual assault, sexual harassment, and sexual battery, which his team has denied, labeling the suit "a scam."

Now, The U.S. Sun can reveal Perry was officially handed the papers at his lavish mansion on August 25.

The filing lists his description and states he received the documents while he was home at 2:29 pm.
