BRADY, Neb. (KOLN) - A Nebraska man narrowly escaped serious injury after being hit by a vehicle during a crash Friday evening.

It happened at the Brady Get-N-Go on Highway 30, east of North Platte. Deputies were called to the gas station just before 7 p.m. for an injury accident.

The shocking video, shared by the Lincoln County Sheriff’s Office, shows a man washing the windshield of his pickup. Without warning, a car loses control and careens toward the man, who scrambles to safety as it rolls onto its side.

Deputies say the man was hit in the lower leg by the car as it rolled, but was not seriously hurt. The bystander’s pickup and a street light pole were also damaged in the accident.
