Fort Payne city officials said more railroad crossings are being closed for repairs on Tuesday.

The city said on Facebook that railroad crossings from 8th Street South to 8th Street North will be closed.

The closings began on Monday, according to the city, and were expected to continue on Tuesday at 10:00am.

Details about the repairs have not been released.

Officials said updates will be posted to city's Facebook page as they become available.
