FORDYCE, Ark. — Arkansas State Police are investigating the deaths of a Fordyce couple found at a local home.

Authorities said that on Sept. 15 around 11 a.m., the Dallas County Sheriff's Office and the Fordyce Police Department responded to a report of two unresponsive people inside of a home on West 4th Street.

When officers arrived at the scene, they found the bodies of 81-year-old David Parham and 70-year-old Holly Parham. Authorities said that both were pronounced dead the scene.

ASP confirmed that the bodies will be transported to the Arkansas State Crime Laboratory where a manner and cause of death will be determined.

At the request of the Dallas County Sheriff's Office, ASP is conducting the investigation into the deaths.
