EUGENE, Ore. - Eugene Police successfully located a missing man after he was reported missing by a family member in early August, according to the Eugene Police Department.

EPD officials said that the subject, a man his late 30s, had not contacted his family as usual. His vehicle was entered into a missing person report and later into the license plate reader system, police said.

On Sept. 13, officers received an alert and quickly identified the vehicle on Roosevelt Boulevard. They found the man safe and healthy, explaining he had lost his phone and intended to contact his family soon.
