HAVANA, Fla. (WCTV) - After recent lawsuit threats, Allison Christmas Spectacular is moving its location this year to the Havana Christmas Tree Farm in Gadsden County.

“It could’ve been, like, a roadblock for us, but we decided to make it a very positive thing for us moving forward,” Daniel Allison said. “We’re just very grateful.”

The show has existed along Sandy Creek Road in Havana for the past 17 years. However, some neighbors threatened to sue the Allison family this summer if they did not reach an agreement to move the light show.
