Los Angeles Rams head coach Sean McVay has revealed having sustained a serious injury during Sunday’s win over the Tennessee Titans.

McVay, the youngest NFL coach to ever win a Super Bowl when he guided the Rams to the Lombardi in 2022, claims to have torn his plantar fascia while coaching his team to a 33-19 win, disclosing as much on his ‘Coach McVay Show’.

He didn’t say when exactly it happened, but he appeared to be moving gingerly while moving to call a timeout.

The HC, whose team is one of several set to play offshore in 2026, admitted he was being dramatic by limping in the fourth quarter of the contest, but an MRI has since revealed a tear.
