TALLAHASSEE, Fla (WCTV) - Donna Adelson’s defense team is requesting a new trial and asking to interview two jurors who returned the guilty-as-charged verdicts .

The motion for a new trial was filed Tuesday and claims one juror, Juror Number 7, posted on TikTok, not only after the verdict, but also about her selection in the middle of the trial. The motion claims the TikTok post has since been deleted.

It also asks the court to interview Juror Number 5, who commented on Adelson’s facial expressions and reactions during his appearance on a podcast called “Surviving the Survivor.”
