Sunshine State’s Strategic Investments Propel It to the Top of Lightcast’s Talent Scorecard, with Seven Metros in the Top Ten
For the third consecutive year, Florida has been named the nation’s top state for attracting and developing a skilled workforce, according to the 2024 Talent Attraction Scorecard released by Lightcast.
The report, which evaluates states based on job growth, education attainment, regional competitiveness, and migration data, also highlighted Florida’s dominance at the metropolitan level, with seven of the top ten Large Metropolitan Statistical Areas (MSAs) located in the state.
