JAMESPORT, Mo. (KCTV) - A Missouri man has been accused of intentionally forcing a donkey-drawn cart off a rural roadway.

Daviess County, Missouri, Circuit Court records filed on Tuesday, Sept. 9, indicate that Jimmy L. Taylor, 75, of Jamesport, has been charged after he allegedly forced a donkey-drawn cart off a rural roadway.

A probable cause statement filed by the Daviess County Sheriff’s Office revealed that on Monday, Sept. 8, law enforcement officials were called with reports of a near-collision.

The victim reported that between 11 a.m. and noon on Sunday, she had been driving a donkey-drawn cart in the area of State Highway 190 and N. Grant St., south of Jamesport, when she spotted Taylor.
