FBI Investigation Into 2020 Election Was Far Broader Than Previously Known, Records Show
Newly released records from the FBI’s “Arctic Frost” investigation into efforts to overturn the 2020 presidential election reveal the probe was significantly more extensive than previously known, targeting 92 Republican organizations and individuals.
The documents, made public by Senators Chuck Grassley (R-Iowa) and Ron Johnson (R-Wisc.) during an oversight hearing, show the investigation went beyond President Donald Trump to include key Republican entities and operatives.
The records indicate that the FBI subpoenaed communications and financial data from a wide range of groups, including the Republican National Committee (RNC), the Republican Attorneys General Association, and the late Charlie Ki
