DECATURVILLE, Tenn. (WSMV) - The Tennessee Wildlife Resources Agency has announced the indictment of a man involved in a boating incident that killed a 19-year-old on the Tennessee River in April.

The TWRA reports that a grand jury in Decatur County indicted 48-year-old Christopher Overman on Tuesday.

Overman was indicted following an investigation into a boating incident that took place on April 19 into the early hours of April 20 on the Tennessee River. The incident led to the death of 19-year-old Austin Perry, of Decaturville.
