NASHVILLE, Tenn. (WSMV) - A man accused of punching people and leaving one man unconscious in downtown Nashville is in custody, according to the Metro Nashville Police Department.

Police say the attacks happened on Lower Broadway and involved multiple victims.

“One week at least, I come to Nashville every year and kind of party it up just to have a good time,” said Nate Gilronan, who visited from Ohio.

Nashville Police say two people, trying to do the same, ended the night with serious injuries stemming from two separate attacks by the same man. The incidents were reported on August 9.
