HORRY COUNTY, S.C. (WBTW) -- Residents of one Forestbrook neighborhood say they haven't seen their neighbor, Tom Marsh, since Monday, after an HOA dispute turned into a potentially violent confrontation.

Cell phone video from an anonymous neighbor in the northern Horry County area showed the moment Marsh pulled out a gun, cocked it, and threatened to shoot him.

The neighbor said a dispute between his wife, an HOA employee, and Marsh's wife, an HOA board member, prompted him to stand on the street in front of Marsh's home and pray for the family.

That's when he said Marsh came onto the driveway, gun in his hand.
