Folsom police are stepping up speed enforcement after a driver crashed into a wall near the Willow Springs Apartments on Iron Point Road and McAdoo Drive. The crash happened around 9 a.m. Sunday when the driver, reportedly speeding, lost control and was taken to the hospital. Neighbors raised concerns to officers about frequent reckless driving in the area. In response, police conducted targeted traffic enforcement and issued multiple citations, urging drivers to slow down to keep the community safe.
