Almost 2,000 customers south of Santa Fe lost power Tuesday evening, according to the Public Service Company of New Mexico.
The outage was caused by a storm and wind and first reported at 6:11 p.m., according to PNM. As of about 8:45 p.m. 1,977 customers, mostly just south of the Santa Fe Regional Airport and in the La Cienega area, were without power, according to PNM's outage map.
Power was expected to be restored to affected customers by 9:45 p.m.
