MINOT, ND (KXNET) - Community members, tribal leaders, and law enforcement are all coming together for one educational event this weekend.
The Drug Enforcement Administration's Omaha Field Division, which North Dakota is a part of, is holding its fourth Annual Family Summit at the University of Nebraska Omaha's Thompson Alumni Center.
This event is focusing on the impact of drugs on tribal communities.
Native traditions and culture will be included in the agenda along with community groups and resources to provide education and support to families affected by addiction.
