LAS VEGAS (KLAS) -- A Henderson man is set to face a jury after allegedly making millions selling unapproved erectile dysfunction prescription drugs, court records showed.
On Sept. 10, David Webber faced a judge for his initial appearance in court for drug-related and smuggling charges after he allegedly smuggled misbranded prescription drugs with sildenafil and tadalafil, active ingredients in FDA-approved prescription drugs Viagra and Cialis.
A jury indicted Webber in July with one count of introduction of a misbranded drug into interstate commerce, four counts of wholesale distribution of prescription drugs without a license, and seven counts of smuggling.
Webber pleaded not guilty to all 12 count, records showed.
