STILLWATER, NY (NEWS10) -- Both the Stillwater and Greenwich Girls Soccer teams entered their matchup Tuesday night with unbeaten records, but that would change as Stillwater took down the Witches 1-0 to improve to 7-0 on the year.
Stillwater was applying pressure from the start, getting multiple chances early on however Greenwich goalie Oliveah Reiszel was made multiple stops to keep the game scoreless.
That would change with just under 10 minutes to play in the half, Stillwater's Kamryn VanPelt would pop the ball up right in front of goal where Bridget Coon knocked it in for the score. Stillwater would take that 1-0 lead to the break.
