In the blink of an eye, the 2025 Wilmington-area high school volleyball season is already at its halfway point.

With less than a month of regular-season action remaining, fans have already been treated to plenty of excitement on the court .

Now it's your turn to weigh in and help decide the area's top player from the first half of the season. Below are 20 nominees for the 2025 StarNews Wilmington-area midseason volleyball player of the year. Voting closes Wednesday, Sept. 24, at 11:59 p.m.
