The Sydney Morning Herald has published a wildly inflammatory essay by Jenna Price accusing conservative activist Charlie Kirk, who was assassinated at a speaking event last week, of being racist and hateful.

In the piece, Ms Price described the murdered 31-year-old father of two as “filled to the brim with hate”, a man who "hated Latinos, Jews, blacks" and possessed "a special level of hatred for black women”.

He was also described as "a white Christian nationalist" and "the worst of US exceptionalism."

Kirk’s non-profit organisation Turning Point USA supported and inspired millions of young conservatives, including those from minority communities.

Despite this, Ms Price wrote in her article: “He stood for hatred. Hatred and division. White folks good. Black and brown folks bad.”
