Throughout the summer, we have seen rules consistently broken at tourist attraction areas across North America. It isn't just Niagara Falls. We have seen multiple rules broken in national parks across the U.S., including Yellowstone National Park. In Yellowstone alone, we have seen tourists handcuffed over bison-related incidents , while tourists have also crossed the line by drinking thermal water .

Issues are ongoing and will likely continue with a busy fall ahead, especially at Niagara Falls, on both the Canadian and U.S. sides . However, a recent arrest has sparked controversy among visitors.
