MOUNT PLEASANT, S.C. (WCBD) – You could participate in a free outdoor yoga series happening on Wednesday evening at Mount Pleasant Towne Center.

The SWEAT Fitness Series invites people of all fitness levels to bring their yoga mat, water bottle, and be prepared to sweat on Wednesday, Sept. 17, at 6 p.m.

Billie Walls & Amanda Oberhaus of The Sweat Collective will host the session.

“This free event series is designed to help you rejuvenate your body and mind as we embrace fall in the Lowcountry. Whether you’re a fitness enthusiast or just starting your journey, our sessions cater to all levels,” said an event page.

The class will be held at The Oaks across from Barnes and Noble at Mount Pleasant Towne Center.

There will be one other class in this September series, which happens Sept. 24
