CLEVELAND, Ohio – Cleveland Hopkins, which a year ago finished last in customer satisfaction among similarly sized airports, improved its ranking this year – but not by much.

Cleveland Hopkins finished second from the bottom in the medium-size airport category in J.D. Power’s annual ranking of North American airports.

However, Cleveland Hopkins increased its score from a year ago by more than 5%, improving in all categories that were measured, according to J.D. Power.

Power survey, released early Wednesday, queries travelers at 66 airports in the United States and Canada, asking them to rank their experience in seven areas: ease of travel through the airport; level of trust with the airport; terminal facilities; airport staff; departure experience; food, beverage and retail;
