A 'bullet hole' can be seen in the window of a house - said to be home to a young family - which was the scene of a shooting in north Manchester.
It happened on Ainthorpe Walk in Newton Heath shortly before 10pm on Tuesday night (September 16).
Police said they were called to reports of a 'of a suspected firearms discharge.'
Parts of the street have remained taped off with a heavy police presence since.

This morning (Wednesday), what appears to be a bullet hole can be seen in the window of one property on the pedestrianised residential street off Daisy Bank.
An area outside the property is taped off with an officer standing guard.
