Anne Hegerty has riled some social media users with her remarks about Charlie Kirk . The conservative campaigner was holding a rally at Utah Valley University last Wednesday when he was fatally shot. ‌

Tyler Robinson allegedly fired at Kirk in the neck using a bolt-action rifle from atop a neighbouring campus building. After a 33-hour manhunt, Robinson surrendered to police when his father identified him from CCTV images released by authorities. ‌
