A man that was hurt in a shooting arrived at a Philly hospital behind a vehicle that was riddled with bullet holes on Tuesday, police said.

According to police, the incident happened after a man arrived at a hospital in North Philly at about 10:45 p.m. on Tuesday night after he had been shot in the left knee.

The man parked his vehicle outside the emergency department at the medical facility and, officials said, it had multiple bullet holes on both sides.

Officials said the victim told officers at the hospital that he had been injured in an incident that happened near the intersection of North 6th Street and Hunting Park Avenue earlier that evening.
