OGDEN, Utah (ABC4) — Police have arrested a man accused of obstruction of justice in connection with a homicide that occurred last month.

On Aug. 31, 2025, deputies with the Weber County Sheriff's Office responded to a shooting near 9300 West and 900 South in an area west of Ogden. Officers initially arrested 18-year-old Michael Gaisbauer, or Perry, Utah, in connection with a shooting that killed one and injured two others, including a 5-year-old.

Deputies arrived to find a large gathering with multiple vehicles leaving the scene.

On Tuesday, Sept. 16, deputies arrested Eli Lee Keddington, 20, who is accused of obstruction of justice, a second-degree felony.

According to a probable cause affidavit, Keddington was identified as an "associate of several suspects" in the homicide case.
