The Golden State Valkyries are bringing their WNBA playoff magic to the South Bay on Wednesday night.

The Valkyries play their first home playoff game at SAP Center in San Jose, where they try to even up their best-of-three series against the Minnesota Lynx after losing Game 1 on the road.

The team was bumped from its home arena, Chase Center, by the Laver Cup tennis tournament that was scheduled there before the Valkyries were established. But there's a watch party at Thrive City at Chase Center and a block party in downtown San Jose before tipoff.
