RANDOLPH COUNTY, N.C. — UPDATE: A man has been arrested in connection with the Amber Alert that was issued on Wednesday morning.

The Randolph County Sheriff's Office said they responded to Hanner Road, Randleman, in reference to a reported kidnapping.

Tyler Ray Toodle and a woman were overheard fighting by a witness, deputies said, and watched as Toodle sped off in a black Honda Civic.

Iris Everly-Marie Fargis was put into a car seat in the back seat of the car. Deputies said Toodle drove off in an unknown direction.

An Amber Alert was issued and the magistrate issued a warrant for Toodle's arrest, deputies said.

At around 11 a.m., the Sampson County Sheriff’s Office found the car and conducted a traffic stop. Afterwards, deputies said they secured the child and arrested Toodle.
