NEW YORK -- A permanent Central Perk coffee shop is coming to New York City!

The fictional coffee shop, made famous as the recognizable gathering point of the "Friends" characters, will find itself a permanent spot in New York City's Time Square , according to a release from Central Perk Coffeehouse and Warner Bros. Discovery.

Doors are set to open to patrons in late fall 2025, according to the release.

"The contemporary take on the FRIENDS gathering spot is a must-visit where unforgettable moments, exceptional coffee, and delicious food come together in the city that started it all," read the release.

The cafe, which already has a Boston location, will share the same "food, beverage, and design experts," which include Tom Colicchio, an eight-time James Beard Award winner.
