A man was arrested for allegedly shooting at his sister's ex-partner Tuesday in southeast Colorado Springs, according to an online police blotter entry.

Officers were called to the 3700 block of Astrozon Boulevard, located along a commercial strip with a thrift store and King Soopers, at around 10 p.m. Police said at least one shot was fired at the ex-partner, who was uninjured.

Police said that the sister was with the ex-partner that night, and officers spotted the suspect's truck driving around the area soon after the incident.

The suspect, identified as 48-year-old Burnest Johnson, was taken into custody at the El Paso County jail on a $10,000 bond, jail records show.
