GRIMES COUNTY, Texas (FOX 44) - A 64-year-old man has been sentenced to 35 years in prison for Aggravated Sexual Assault.
The Grimes County District Attorney's Office says Thomas Lee Radloff waived indictment and pled guilty before 506th District Judge Gary Chaney on Tuesday. He was sentenced based on a plea agreement made by District Attorney Andria Bender.
The D.A.'s Office says the Grimes County Sheriff's Office originally responded to a sexual assault in progress on Sunday, August 31. Law enforcement arrived on scene and discovered Radloff engaging in sexual activity with a disabled woman. Radloff was placed in custody and transported to the Sheriff's Office.
