Coffee chain Dutch Bros is opening its second St. Louis-area location this week in Glen Carbon, Illinois.

The drive-thru coffee stand began serving customers at 2475 Troy Road on Wednesday. Known for its friendly and energetic customer service, the company first entered the market in March, opening its first location in the region in O'Fallon, Missouri .

The Dutch Bros drink menu includes flavored coffees, smoothies, lemonades, teas, energy drinks and cold brew, plus fully-customizable drinks.

The new stand becomes part of a $70 million shopping center in Glen Carbon, dubbed Orchard Town Center . The project is headed by Overland-based developer The Staenberg Group and boasts tenants such as Dick’s Sporting Goods, Club Carwash, Olive Garden, Chick-fil-A and Tire Plaza Service.
