CROWN HEIGHTS, Brooklyn (PIX11) – Two people injured in a deadly mass shooting in Brooklyn are suing Taste of the City Lounge, the club where it happened.
Two lawsuits filed in Brooklyn court accuse the lounge on Franklin Avenue of negligence related to the August shooting that killed three people and injured 11 more.
Amadou Bah, a 25-year-old who filed a lawsuit on Tuesday, didn’t realize he was shot in the ankle until after he got home. Bah was going to Taste of the City Lounge to meet his friends after work, according to his lawyers Nick Ramcharitar and Ariana Puran.
