Immigration and Customs Enforcement said they arrested five undocumented immigrants who were day drinking in Philadelphia 's Mifflin Square Park on Monday, Sept. 15.

The arrests were made near West Ritner Street and South 5th Street, ICE said.

According to ICE, the men have admitted they are undocumented, with several of them having been previously deported by U.S. immigration officials.

The five men were reported to ICE from a public tip, the agency said.

The five men have been identified by ICE as:

Martin Gomez-Evaristo, who entered the country at an unknown time and has been arrested in Philadelphia for twice for a DUI since 2022.
