KERRVILLE, Texas — Kerrville Mayor Joe Herring Jr. has announced the last day people will be able to visit the Kerrville Memorial Wall , which honors the more than 100 lives lost in the horrific July Fourth floods, in its original location before it's set to move to a new home.

On Wednesday morning, the mayor posted on Facebook saying the Cailloux family, which owns the land where the memorial currently resides, has arranged for the display of flowers, photos and green ribbons honoring Camp Mystic victims to be preserved and moved to the Hill Country Arts Foundation.
