ALBERTVILLE, Ala. (WHNT) — The Albertville Police Department says a hazardous spill from a chicken truck is causing road closures on Highway 75.

APD said both lanes in the area of Highway 75 and Needmore Road are blocked. APD did not specify whether it was live chickens or chicken products.

Emergency vehicles and the Marshall County EMA are working at the scene.

It is unknown how long this blockage will last.
