LIVINGSTON, Ala. ( WBRC ) - After another win in week 3, West Alabama football is continuing to rise in all three major D2 football rankings under first year head coach Scott Cochran.
The Tigers took down Charleston this past Saturday 28-24 and are off to a 3-0 start in their 2025 campaign.
After their win, the program moved up in two of the three major D2 football polls.
FloCollege has the Tigers ranked as the #9 team in the country, the AFCA Coaches Poll has the program at #13, and D2Football.com has the Tigers at #18, the same spot that the poll had them after week 2.
The Tigers have gotten off to their 3-0 start in thanks to quarterback Spencer Arceneauxm, who currently leads the nation in total touchdowns and has collected back-to-back Gulf South Conference Player
