BULLHEAD CITY — Retiring Chief of Police Robert Trebes said society has "serious problems" that require "serious people to solve them," during his parting remarks Tuesday night at the Bullhead City Council meeting.

Wednesday was the final day of Trebes' 21-year career with the Bullhead City Police Department and ended his 4 1/2-year tenure as chief. ×
