ROCK ISLAND, Ill. (KWQC) - The Rock Island Arsenal will start phasing out visitor passes in October.

Starting Oct. 1, visitors will need a Real ID to get on the Arsenal after registering at the Visitor Welcome Center, according to a Facebook post.

The Arsenal will honor current visitor passes until they expire, officials said. Anyone without a Real ID will need to show a second form of identification.
