Drivers on Interstate 80 near Roscoe, Nebraska, were forced to a complete stop on Sept. 16, as a powerful hailstorm swept through the area. The sudden burst of severe weather created dangerous road conditions, as hail pelted vehicles and drastically reduced visibility.
