JACKSON, Tenn. (WMC) - One of three inmates who allegedly escaped the Madison County Jail over the weekend is back in custody as of Wednesday night.
The sheriff’s office says 43-year-old Brandon Forbes was apprehended through coordinated efforts with the FBI and Jackson and Humboldt Police Departments.
“Sheriff Julian Wiser and the Madison County Sheriff’s Office sincerely thank the partnering agencies whose assistance made this capture possible. Their dedication, cooperation, and persistence were critical in bringing Forbes safely back into custody,” the sheriff’s office said in a statement.
Multiple law enforcement agencies are still looking for Dillon Decker, 32, and Cameron Campbell, 23.
All three men reportedly escaped from the jail’s rec yard in Jackson on Sunday morning.
